If you are unsatisfied with any Vital NMX product, please contact us so we can assist you in creating a free return label.

You can email us at support@vitalnmx.co or call us at +1 800-957-6525, Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (ET), and weekends: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (ET) within 30 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

Once you have the return label generated by us, you must affix it to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest USPS office. Do not return the item directly to the post office without this label, or shipping charges will apply.

Once the item(s) you are returning arrive at our warehouse and the refund is processed administratively, the refund will be automatically credited to the card used to purchase the items. The time it takes for you to see your refund may vary depending on your bank, but it should not take more than 10 business days after processing.
